Terms of use

These are placeholder terms for use of raiidata.com and its intake forms, operated by Raii Data Group, LLC (“Raii”). They will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version before general launch. Any brokerage engagement is governed by a separate written partnership agreement, not by these terms.

Nature of the service

Raii is a data brokerage and advisory service. Submitting an intake form does not create an engagement, an agency relationship, or any obligation on either side. We do not provide legal advice; assessments of data rights are commercial opinions and you should consult your own counsel.

Your submissions

• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You confirm you are authorized to discuss the data on behalf of your organization.
• Do not upload or paste datasets, personal data, or confidential records into the forms.

Confidentiality

We treat intake submissions as confidential and will not disclose the identity of a data owner to a buyer without authorization. Formal confidentiality obligations are set out in the NDA and partnership agreement for each engagement.

No fees from this site

Nothing on this site creates a fee obligation. Raii’s share of license fees (25% of licenses Raii sells) is payable only under a signed 12-month partnership agreement and only when a buyer pays.
