This is a placeholder privacy policy for raiidata.com, operated by Raii Data Group, LLC (“Raii”). It describes our current practices in plain language and will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version before general launch.
What we collect
When you submit an intake form we store the information you provide: your name, work email, company, role, and your answers about the data you own or need. We also record the time of submission and may log your IP address for abuse prevention.
What we do not collect
We do not collect, host, or take custody of the datasets you describe. Samples and deliveries occur between data owners and buyers directly. This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To evaluate whether and how we can represent your data or source data for you.
- To contact you about your submission and potential matches.
- To maintain our internal deal pipeline.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your contact information. We share details about a dataset with prospective buyers only with your approval and under non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements. Your identity is not disclosed to buyers until you authorize it.
Retention and deletion
We keep submissions for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective engagement. Email josh@raiidata.com to request deletion.
